Our goal is to help educate our members about different types of food, how it reacts in the body, change the way they approach food and ultimately help you lose bodyfat.

- We present our education topics on a Wednesday at 7pm in the café bar at Odyssey Health Club
- There is an ebook and food list to accompany the education. Additionally there are a number of recipes on the Vitto website.
- Once enrolled you can join our Vitto facebook group where we post articles and offer further support.
